Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit. Discreet packaging is standard on all orders.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However:
- Damaged or incorrect items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
- Unopened products — May be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- Quality concerns — If you believe a product does not meet our stated purity specifications, contact us with details and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
